Welcome to Realavixora. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the services, digital products, and physical goods offered by Realavixora through realavixora.com.

1. Services

Services refer to Realavixora's luxury apartment selection, personalized search assistance, and related support provided to clients seeking high-end residential properties.

1.1 Booking and Cancellation

Clients may schedule services through our site. Bookings can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the agreed start date without penalty. To reschedule, please contact us via our Contact Form.

1.2 Refunds and Rescheduling

If you cancel a scheduled service at least 7 days before the start date, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. Cancellations made between 3 and 6 days prior to the start date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start date are not refundable due to resource allocation and staffing commitments.

2. Digital Products

Digital products include downloadable guides, virtual tour packages, and premium market reports provided in electronic format.

2.1 Usage and Access

Access is granted upon confirmation of purchase. You may download the materials immediately, and they are intended for your personal use only.

2.2 Refund Terms

Requests for a refund of digital products may be made within 14 days of purchase, provided that no download or streaming access has occurred. Once access to the digital product is initiated, the purchase is final and non-refundable, as the content is delivered instantly.

3. Physical Goods

Physical goods refer to branded merchandise, printed materials, or any tangible items sold by Realavixora.

3.1 Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 5 business days and shipped to your specified address. Delivery times may vary based on location.

3.2 Returns and Exchanges

Returned items must be in original condition with all packaging and labels intact. You may return physical goods within 30 days of delivery. Returns should be sent to our headquarters at 24 Sussex Drive, Ottawa, ON K1M 1M4, Canada. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the item is defective. Exchanges for a different size or item are offered when stock permits.

4. Refund Methods

Refunds are issued to the original method of purchase within 10 business days of approval. Alternatively, upon request, we may issue site credit valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

5. Non-Refundable Services

Certain offerings, such as one-time on-site consultations and bespoke search assignments, are non-refundable due to the immediate allocation of expert resources and custom research. This is clearly noted at the time of booking.

6. Modifications

Realavixora reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to realavixora.com. Continued use of our offerings signifies acceptance of any adjustments.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
